We reached out to the local dealer and asked them to look into the issue. They performed a service call and found an problem with the equipment and it was replaced. There ending up being more issues related to financing, However now the issues have been resolved. I purchased a water softener system a little bit less than 2 months ago, we realized that not much had changed with the water so we called them today to please remove the system.Turns out you only have 3 days to remove the system.

Now please note this sytem cost us $6,000 and according to them we are stuck with it. I am extremely disappointed at how very little they tried to work with us.

I suggest to anyone looking to buy a water system for their house is to do the leg work and do reviews before commiting and signing anything.It will cost you dearly in the end.

Monetary Loss: $6000.
