This particular complaint was posted last march and somehow we missed it. I have made several attempts to contact the consumer via email over the last two months with no reply. I can only assume they made contact with their local dealer and have resolved the issue. We realize sometimes communication problems happen and people make mistakes, we do try hard to reach out to every complaint and ensure they are resolved. We stand behind our equipment and work hard with our distributors to ensure all of our customers have a great customer experience. We purchased our Rainsoft water softner hook, line & BS. It worked fine for a couple of months and then it began.

When the problems started it took forever for them to come out or they never even showed up. It would takes weeks to get an appointment. You *** work and then a no show. They are rude when we called like we are bothering them.

We paid for it so its our problem. I don't know who have been writing other reviews but its BS. This company is NOT consumer friendly. Bad Service.

Bad Product. Bad Company.

There is not such thing as a guarantee with this company. They stood behind nothing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.
