I have just purchased a rainsoft whole home system and I love it. The managers of the company are great they helped me out right away with any concerns I had, The customer service rep was great she scheduled me super fast and got a tech out that same day and the Technichian was so helpful he explained all parts of the system to me and was able to show me how to replace filters on my reverse osmosis.

It was amazing to see such a well put together company and to see how there actually are companies that care about there customers like family. I hope they keep it up and keep growing.

Wait until the system starts failing and then the installer tells you that he no longer works for Rainsoft and that it's going to cost you twice as much to get it fixed if you use him the same person that installed the unit to fix it..... wait until they tell you that a part needs to be replaced and even though it is their part warranty the labor is not covered
